Why Now?
As we gather with our loved ones for the holidays we may be reminded... these are the people who know best how to push our buttons... because they installed them!
Wouldn't it be nice to have a peaceful holiday, one filled with quality time and positive interactions that make you want to go back again next year? Boundaries make it possible!
Is This You?
Do you say yes when you mean no?
Do you sometimes feel invisible?
Do you struggle with relationships
(work, love, family)?
Are you done feeling like a doormat?
Then join me and learn how to create functional limits that will help you take back your power!
I trained in Attachment Repair with Dan Brown of Harvard Medical School, was apprenticed to Renowned Neo Tantra Teacher Dawn Cartwright, and am a Certified Professional Coach, Interventionist and Recovery Coach.
I have 10 Years of experience coaching one brave woman after another around Relationships & Recovery. I am known for my work with high-performing individuals, including Oscar-winning actors, business pioneers, and multiple Grammy-winning musicians.
And I have published and Performed for The LA Times, In The Rooms, The Fix, She Recovers, International Conference on Addiction and Associated Disorders, National Association for Poetry Therapy, HBO, NBC, and the Hollywood Fringe Festival.
But more importantly, I am a woman who has struggled to create functional limits. I had awful boundaries in my work, love and family life for years. I had such a hard time using the word "no." But eventually, I got really fed up with being treated like a doormat.
I get it. I really do. And I do what I do now because, like me, you are NOT a doormat!

Bisous,
Dufflyn
βI attended Dufflynβs BATNB workshop and was blown away by her warmth, humour and seemingly effortless space-holding. She guided the participants through role play and improvisation and delivered clear psych-ed content with expert delivery. Doing the workshop has made me circle round to boundaries again and as a woman in recovery I realise with self-compassion that they are foundational and possibly my lifeβs work to learn.
I am now using tools from the workshop to communicate my needs with my husband rather than pretend the decision I am making is about doing the right thing as a parent. I was also, through Dufflynβs kind and strength-based coaching lens, able to see with pride the progress I have made and the wins I have had along the way. I would recommend this workshop to any woman on a healing path, no matter where you are at on your boundaries journey. Five stars!β

βMy biggest takeaway was that people can treat me however they want--a boundary is up to me to enforce instead of driving myself crazy trying to control them or get them to change. It helped me view past relationships differently & take more responsibility."

βThe BOUNDARIES ARE THE NEW BLACK workshop with Dufflyn was very clear, pertinent, specific and practical. I learned that most of all I need to search for my own boundaries. And, I can tell you I was surprised by how good I felt after the workshop!"

βI was finally able to hear my own voice asking for what I need and ultimately helping me define my boundaries to create stronger healthier loving relationships. It was also important for me to hear other participants share their experiences and achievements."

"What I enjoyed most about the workshop was the positivity and the step by step process. I came away with a clear understanding of how to what exactly a loving boundary is. Dufflyn was fantastic and very knowledgeable I thought."
